The one that started it all, part of the House & Home series.

This original painting depicts a small crisis shelter, in the style of those built by guerilla aid groups, but given the finishing details it might need to blend into an urban setting. This tiny home will keep you out of the wind and weather, but probably best suited for a minimalist.

This series of paintings came out of a personal worry that I might never have the opportunity to be a homeowner, and watching the unhoused population where I live expand more than 400% in the last few years.  I want a home, I want everyone to have a safe and warm place to rest, engage in their hobbies and thrive. 

50% of the sale price of this work will go to Out of the Cold Community Association who offer dignified supported housing, and more to those experiencing homelessness.
