Four units in a detached house, extremely reasonable rents with art studios in the attic and a jam space in the basement. Walking distance to plenty of fun and useful things, fireplace in the backyard. Ample front porch for hanging out and visiting with friends and neighbors.

This series of paintings came out of a personal worry that I might never have the opportunity to be a homeowner, and watching the unhoused population where I live expand more than 400% in the last few years.  I want a home, I want everyone to have a safe and warm place to rest, engage in their hobbies and thrive. 

50% of the sale price of this work will go to Out of the Cold Community Association who offer dignified supported housing, and more to those experiencing homelessness.
